Senior Project Manager
Minimum 10+ years’ experience in project/construction management
Bs. or Ms. in architecture, engineering, construction management
California Professional Engineering a plus
Responsible for 2 to 8 projects simultaneously, ranging in contract value from $2 Million to $85 Million.
Lead, manage, plan and report the progress of multiple projects per time, budget, scope, and time-cost trade-off
Owner Representative/Construction Project Manager
10+ years’ experience in construction/project management
Bs. or Ms. in architecture, engineering, construction management or related fields
California Professional Engineer (P.E.) License a plus
Lead, manage, plan and report the progress of assigned projects per time, budget, scope, and time-cost trade-off
Responsible for preconstruction, construction and post construction phase activities.
Manage team and contractor to ensure the project scope is built in conformance with the plans, specs, schedule and
approved budget
Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer
Minimum 4+ years’ experience construction/project engineering
Bs. or Ms. in architecture, engineering, construction management or related fields
Process contractor pay applications, evaluate and process change orders, review, and responses to RFIs.
Review technical submittals for materials incorporated into the project
Assist the Project Manager with controlling and monitoring project budget & schedule
Project Analyst/Contract Administrator
3+ years’ experience as public and private contact admin
Analyze contracts to ensure they comply with state and federal laws and regulations and contract law
Develop contract proposals and prepare, revise, negotiate, examine, and analyze the documents
Drafting Invitations for Bid, Requests for Proposal (RFP), Procurement Summary Reports, Contract Amendments
Prepare complex contract amendments, revisions, terminations, and close-outs and negotiate settlement of contract disputes
Cost Estimator
3+ years’ experience in public works projects
Directs the preparation, from drawings and specifications, of cost estimates for construction contracts
Developing and maintaining relationships with company vendors, contractors, architects and engineers
Extensive experience in developing and estimating the scope of work for change orders
Checks contract costs as estimated by contractors and recommends acceptance or rejection as a basis for progress payments
